Murphey's Law of Foam Darts

This just happens to me every once in a while; today started feeling like one of those times.
I really don't have much scheduled to do each day this term. Classes are either done by 2 (or 12) or don't even begin till 4. Thus, I have alot of undifferentiated time in a day. Now, I seem to manage to get productive stuff done enough during all that time. Yet, every so often, things will conspire to all happen in the same 20-minute-period; run into three people, consecutively, get a phone call i've been needing to take, get tagged to help recruiting for a tournament, remember I still need to go print a form and get it signed to get enrolled in a class... all while sitting on a stool in the dining hall. Grargh... it couldn't space itself out just a little bit?
Eh, oh well. It all feels better 7 hours later...

And, to explain the title - have you ever noticed that, when you shoot off n Nerf darts, the most you can ever find immediately after is n-1. Damn you, Bizzaro Laws of Nature...
