yeahh... so i like, havent updated since uh, april, apparently. i'm getting really bad at this; ok, so i did intend to get on and update a few weeks ago but there's still a couple of little problems my computer is having, such as not being able to connect to the internet. so i'm blogging from downstairs. oh, yeah - first thing i was going to put up was my story about the toaster:
that i decided to heat up a handful of sugar cookies in the toaster one saturday morning, so i put them in (toaster oven, not pop-up toaster) and hit toast, set to medium-light. went downstairs. had a funny feeling i should go and check on them. good call. six inch flames coming from a black crispy thing on the tray. shitttt. of course, though the warning |in case of a food flareup unplug and leave door closed| sign is right there, i just go and open it. badd idea lol - lots of smoke comes pouring out. i unplug it, blow it out, get the tongs, toss the crisp thing in a bowl of water, and run the oven out the back door to the porch. ok, one thing down. now what? turn on fans, open windows, and then i see the smoke stains on the wallpaper. greattt. ooh, we have kitchen wipes. and Yess, they clean that off. ok, so one problem down. now for the oven. hell to clean lol, but it looks pretty good. put it back inside, and the second i plug it in, mom walks in the door : "you cooking something?" lol... no suspicions yet
ok, think thats all the time i can spend blogging today, but that i wanted to get in for a while now.
